The Ministry of Ecology and Environment, National Development and Reform Commission, and Ministry of Industry and Information Technology jointly issued Notice No. 22 of 2024, requiring strict control of the second batch of 13 types of hydrofluorocarbon chemical production and construction projects, and strengthening the environmental management of all 18 types of HFC chemical production facilities.
On July 8th, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment officially released the "Notice on Strictly Controlling the Production and Construction Projects of Hydrofluorocarbons", which will be implemented from August 1st.
