lZhejiang Jusheng Fluorochemical Co., Ltd On August 22, Zhejiang Jusheng Fluorine Chemical Co., Ltd. invested over 71.57 million RMB in Quzhou Intelligent Manufacturing New City for technological transformation and expansion, increasing the total production capacity of the original tetrafluoropropanol (TFP) 400t/a production plant and tetrafluoroethyl methyl ether (HFE-254) 400t/a to 4000 t/a. The project has added multiple hydrogen fluoride ether series products, which will start construction in November 2023, be completed in May 2024, and enter commissioning production in August. At present, the project has passed the environmental protection acceptance upon completion, with complete procedures and construction content consistent with the environmental impact assessment.
lWengfu Dazhou Chemical Co., Ltd On August 28th, the Ecological Environment Bureau of Dazhou City released the situation of the high-purity anhydrous hydrogen fluoride project: Wengfu Dazhou Chemical plans to invest 530 million RMB to build a new high-purity anhydrous hydrogen fluoride project in Dazhou High tech Zone, Sichuan. The project relies on the fluorosilicic acid produced as a byproduct of the company's existing wet process phosphoric acid technology to construct 30000 t/a anhydrous hydrogen fluoride and 20000 t/a high-purity hydrofluoric acid production facilities, achieving comprehensive utilization of fluorine resources associated with phosphate ore. The by-products of the project, dilute sulfuric acid and SiO2 filter residue, will all be reused in the existing phosphoric acid production plant, forming a circular economy model.
lFujian Zhongxin Fluoromaterial Gaobao Technology Co., Ltd Fujian Zhongxin Fluoromaterial Gaobao Technology Co., Ltd. plans to implement a renovation and expansion project within its existing factory area in Qingliu County, Fujian Province, adding an annual production capacity of 6500 tons of fluorine fine chemicals. The main products include fluorinated toluene series products such as ortho fluorotoluene and para fluorotoluene, and by-products such as hydrofluoric acid and fluorogypsum. The project entered the environmental impact assessment public announcement stage on August 27, 2024.
lShaowu Yongtai High tech Materials Co., Ltd Shaowu Yongtai High tech Materials Co., Ltd. plans to invest in the construction of an annual output of 4200 tons of fluorinated coolant project, located in Jintang Industrial Park, Shaowu City, Fujian Province. The project aims to achieve large-scale production of fluorinated coolant, add an annual production capacity of 4200 tons of fluorinated coolant products, break the dependence on imports, and provide new growth points for the company's new energy industry chain layout. The project has started the environmental impact assessment public announcement on August 25, 2024.
lYongtai Technology According to the semi annual report of Yongtai Technology in 2025, the company's revenue in the first half of the year was 2.609 billion RMB, a year-on-year increase of 21.97%, and the net profit reached 58.8 million RMB, a significant year-on-year increase of 56.17%. The performance growth was mainly due to the release of production capacity by subsidiaries such as Inner Mongolia Yongtai and Yongtai New Energy, which promoted a year-on-year increase of 63.67% and 105.74% in revenue for the two core sectors of plant protection and lithium battery materials, respectively. The company's product line covers fluorine-containing fine chemicals, which are applied in fields such as medicine, plant protection, new energy, and electronic materials, with a focus on the liquid cooling industry. Its environmentally friendly electronic fluorine liquid does not contain PFOS or PFOA, and has efficient heat dissipation and stability characteristics, suitable for various scenarios such as data center cooling, semiconductor manufacturing, energy storage thermal management, and chip packaging.
lSinopec Lubricants (Tianjin) Co., Ltd The fluorine oil unit of Sinopec Lubricants Tianjin Nangang Project has passed the fire safety acceptance. The first phase of the project invested 736 million RMB to build 31 t/a fluorine oil, 30000 t/a marine oil, and 40000 t/a coolant production units. After production, the annual output value is expected to exceed 1 billion RMB. The products will serve high-end fields such as aerospace and semiconductor. Currently, some units have been put into trial operation and produced qualified products.

lJiujiang Tianci New Power Material Technology Co., Ltd On September 1st, the Ecology and Environment Bureau of Jiujiang City approved the expansion project of Jiujiang Tianci New Power Material Technology Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 2000 tons of lithium difluorooxalate borate. The project is located in the Hukou High tech Industrial Park in Jiangxi Province, with a total investment of 11.938 million RMB. Through the renovation of the existing 1000 ton new lithium electrolyte production line, it will form an annual production capacity of 5000 tons (converted to 1000 tons) of 20% lithium difluorooxalate borate EMC solution and 5000 tons (converted to 1000 tons) of 20% lithium difluorooxalate borate MES solution, with environmental protection investment accounting for 1.67%.
lShandong Qifu New Materials Co., Ltd The Ecological Environment Bureau of Zibo City officially accepted the environmental impact assessment report of Shandong Qifu New Materials Co., Ltd.'s "Molten Fluororesin Phase II and Fluorine containing Heat Exchange Liquid Project" on September 2 and made it public. The project is located in Gaoqing Chemical Industry Park, with a total investment of 1.032 billion RMB. It plans to build production facilities with an annual output of 3000 tons of modified polytetrafluoroethylene, 3000 tons of fluororubber, and 6000 tons of fluorine-containing heat exchange fluid (2000 t/a perfluoro-4-methyl-2-pentene, 1000 t/a hexafluoropropylene trimer, 3000 t/a perfluorohexane).
lDuofu Duohaina New Materials Co., Ltd Duo Fu Duo Hai Na New Materials Co., Ltd. applied for a patent in May 2025 titled "Preparation Method of Lithium Hexafluorophosphate" (Publication No. CN120573721A). This method involves reacting solid lithium fluoride with phosphorus pentafluoride gas under high pressure, and then increasing the pressure to above 3.4 MPa to form a gas-liquid supercritical state, which promotes crystal rearrangement and growth, effectively reducing residual impurities in lithium fluoride and improving the purity of lithium hexafluorophosphate products.
lSichuan Zhongfeneng New Material Technology Co., Ltd Sichuan Zhongfu Energy New Material Technology Co., Ltd. plans to expand the high-purity electronic grade sulfur hexafluoride gas project in Yongxing area of Ya'an Economic Development Zone, Sichuan, with a total investment of 52.32 million RMB. By building a new 5000 t/a high-purity sulfur hexafluoride production line, the total production capacity will be increased to 10000 t/a, and 40% hydrofluoric acid will be produced as a by-product.
lHunan Fubang New Materials Co., Ltd On September 3rd, Hunan Fubang New Materials Co., Ltd. planned to implement the environmental impact assessment acceptance announcement for the annual production of 10000 tons of lithium difluorosulfonylimide renovation and expansion project in the Songmu Economic Development Zone of Hengyang. The total investment is 223 million RMB, and the project will be constructed in two phases: the first phase will build a 3000 t/a production line, and the second phase will build a 7000 t/a production line. At the same time, the existing incinerator will be dismantled and a 1100 meter sulfur dioxide transmission pipeline will be built. After the project is completed, the previously approved but unfinished 1600 t/a production capacity equipment will no longer be constructed.
