lZhongke Fuyuan (Ya'an) Technology Development Co., Ltd Zhongke Fuyuan (Ya'an) Technology Development Co., Ltd.'s annual production of 100000 tons of immersion coolant preparation project has officially started construction recently. The project has a total investment of 1.06 billion RMB and is located in the Yongxing area of Ya'an Economic and Technological Development Zone. It plans to build four 25000 t/a fully fluorinated coolant production lines, with an annual production of 100000 tons of fully fluorinated immersion coolant after completion. The supporting construction includes approximately 50000 square meters of factory buildings and public auxiliary facilities.
lZhejiang Essen Chemical Co., Ltd The technical renovation project of Zhejiang Essen Chemical Co., Ltd.'s annual production line of 500 tons of bromocyanamide and other products was accepted and announced by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment on September 11th. The project has a total investment of 202 million RMB and adopts green synthesis technology. By renovating the existing production line and public works, it will form an annual production capacity of 500 tons of bromocyanamide, 1600 tons of propiconazole and other high-end pesticide raw materials, as well as supporting by-products such as ethanol and sodium sulfite. At the same time, the original tetrachloropyridine acid project will be renovated to form an annual production capacity of 13100 tons of magnesium sulfate and 24000 tons of aluminum sulfate as by-products.
lInner Mongolia Yonghe Fluorine Chemical Co., Ltd Inner Mongolia Yonghe Fluorochemical Co., Ltd. announced on September 11th the Environmental Impact Assessment Report for its newly added fluorine chemical project, planning to construct production facilities and supporting facilities with an annual output of 20000 tons of dichlorodifluoromethane (HCFC-22), 12000 tons of tetrafluoroethylene (TFE), 12000 tons of hexafluoropropane (HFP), and 5000 tons of heptafluoropropane (HFC-227) in the Durbert Industrial Park in Ulanqab.
lGansu Jinchuan Jinruilin Chemical Co., Ltd The core circulating water system of the 20000 t/a high-end PVDF resin industry chain project (Phase I) of Gansu Jinchuan Jinruilin Chemical Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Jinchuan Group Chemical Co., Ltd., has recently been successfully tested in conjunction. The total investment for the first phase of the project is 1.098 billion RMB, mainly for the construction of 12600 t/a R152a, 18000 t/a R142b, 11000 t/a VDF, and 10000 t/a PVDF production units, with supporting 40000 t/a polyaluminum chloride units. Currently, the equipment is operating stably and key parameters are fully compliant.
lShandong Aofan New Materials Co., Ltd The fourth generation fluorine-containing functional new material project with an annual output of 247000 tons by Shandong Aofan New Materials Co., Ltd. is accelerating its progress in Gaoqing Chemical Industry Park. Currently, 85% of the main equipment installation has been completed, and it is expected to enter the trial production stage by the end of December this year. After the project is put into operation, it is expected to have an annual output value of over 700 million RMB and a profit and tax of about 200 million RMB. Its independently developed environmentally friendly tetrafluoropropene refrigerant will help Zibo City occupy a leading position in the new generation of refrigerants in the industry.
lAohong (Shandong) Environmental Protection Materials Co., Ltd The main body of the refrigerant recovery, regeneration, storage, mixing, and packaging project of Aohong (Shandong) Environmental Protection Materials Co., Ltd. has been fully capped and is currently undergoing internal decoration. As a leading enterprise in refrigerant recycling in China (with an annual recycling volume accounting for over 94% of the country's total), this project can recycle up to 10000 tons of refrigerant annually after completion, which is equivalent to reducing 17 million tons of carbon dioxide emissions. The expected annual sales revenue is about 1 billion RMB, and the potential revenue from carbon trading can reach 1.7 billion RMB, contributing over 400 million RMB in tax revenue to the local area annually.
lFujian Keneng New Materials Co., Ltd The new environmentally friendly high-performance coolant project has also entered the final stage and is about to be put into trial production. The total investment of this project is 500 million RMB, and after completion, it can produce 10000 tons of green and environmentally friendly fire extinguishing agents and 8000 tons of electronic fluorine coolant annually.
lZhejiang Fanghua Chemical Co., Ltd Zhejiang Fanghua Chemical Co., Ltd.'s annual production of 31000 tons of fluorine-containing new materials and new functional chemicals and enterprise research institute project has recently entered the completion and acceptance stage of lightning protection devices. The project is located in the Shangyu Economic and Technological Development Zone of Hangzhou Bay, with a newly built 350 acre production base and a total construction area of approximately 121400 square meters. The project aims to establish an annual production capacity of 22200 tons of fluorine-containing new materials and new functional chemicals (to be implemented in two phases: 16200 tons in the first phase and 6000 tons in the second phase), as well as supporting enterprise research institutes and three waste treatment facilities, with an annual co production of 50900 tons of by-products.
lShandong Feiyuan Special Materials Co., Ltd The new electronic grade fluorinated fine chemical project of Shandong Feiyuan Special Materials Co., Ltd. is located in Gaoqing Chemical Industry Park, with a total investment of 600 million RMB. The products are mainly used in the field of synthetic intermediates such as fluorinated pharmaceuticals, liquid crystals, and pesticides. This project has been included in the "Start One Thing" service library of Gaoqing County, and has been rapidly promoted through innovative approval models such as parallel pre-approval and green channels, providing important support for the development of the local fluorine chemical industry chain.
